What Will You Be Doing?
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assisting customers with reservations and changes to bookings.
Providing information about our services, locations, and policies.
Resolving complaints and issues with a customer-first mindset.
Maintaining accurate customer records and communication history.
Collaborating with our rental locations to ensure smooth operations.
Contributing ideas for improving our customer service processes.
Who Are We Looking For?
You're fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You have a customer-focused attitude and enjoy solving problems.
You can work independently but also thrive in a team setting.
You're available to work weekends (flexible scheduling is possible).
You have prior experience in customer service.
Speak more than two languages? That’s a big plus!
You're tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems.
Training
Online training provided — 3 full days.
Compensation: 12 months- compatible salary.
