Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Specialist to join our telesales team. This role requires a proactive sales professional who excels in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results. You will engage HR departments across various industries, promoting our unique life event gift solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 50-75 daily outbound calls and emails to potential clients, utilizing our robust database of 4,000 accounts.
Expand business opportunities by reaching out to sister locations of existing clients and leveraging our strong client referrals.
Manage sample campaigns to prospects and follow up on those samples to close new business and acquire new customers.
Deliver compelling phone presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to stir interest and close sales.
Facilitate virtual sales presentations through Google Meet and Zoom, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge.
Manage and track sales activities using tools like ZoomInfo and Monday.com to ensure accurate sales forecasting and lead management.
Compensation
Base salary: $45,000 per year.
Commission: Progressive ladder from 12.5% to 20% on gross sales, with uncapped potential.
Typical Earning Potential: $50,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on performance.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of constructing and delivering clear, effective sales pitches.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM platforms, preferably ZoomInfo and Monday.com.
