What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features with confidence
- Work closely with teammates and managers to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up to date on inventory and industry trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term connections
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus! (But not required)
- Experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- A passion for helping people and providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
