We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
27 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (South Bend, Indiana, US))
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining communication with the customer.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
