The Crisis Care Professional must demonstrate the Agency’s purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures. The Crisis Care Professional works as a team member and oversees the day-to-day activities and needs of the clients in their care. There may also be opportunities to lead and direct less experienced staff.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
