We are seeing a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team in the Dental industry. This role is essential in supporting Ivoclar's credit and collections department. The Ideal candidate will execute various financial and credit information as it relates to established and new customers accounts. Collection of past due balances resolve discrepancies and establish strong working relationships.

We are seeing a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team in the Dental industry. This role is essential in supporting Ivoclar's credit and collections department. The Ideal candidate will execute various financial and credit information as it relates to established and new customers accounts. Collection of past due balances resolve discrepancies and establish strong working relationships.
Essential Functions:
- Review and assess customer financial information based on company history and/or credit investigation, set customer payment terms, recommend credit limits, analyze
- customer payment habits and take/recommend corrective action for delinquent accounts
- Release orders awaiting credit approval and check customers credit status
- Ensure that all collection follow-up and resolutions are handled promptly and ensure all appropriate collection techniques are employed Work with sales and internal departments as well as the customer to research billings and resolve issues/disputes, prepare and follow up on documentation as required
- Assist in posting cash to accounts, process credit card transactions, and adjust accounts for credits insufficient funds etc.
- Associates Degree preferred plus 2-3 years of related experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook software
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Must be a team player, pro-active, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is
