You'll be part creative, part analyst, and all innovator - using cutting-edge tools and your own creative intuition to stay steps ahead in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

This position may be fully-or-partially remote, or based at our headquarters in Michigan City, Indiana.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team as a visionary. You will be responsible for bringing high-level ideas to life through thoughtful research, impeccable design, cultural savvy, and clear, persuasive storytelling.

Your world is made up of all things marketing and ecommerce... TikTok, Instagram, advertising, email, and web design. You'll need to have a strong love for typography and the ability to combine photography, motion, and messaging into a clear directive.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key marketing team members and the Director of Product & Brand to produce visually stunning, on-brand content that aligns with trends and customer expectations.
  • Manage high volume creative concept log and content calendar ensuring timelines are met, processes are efficient, and output is high quality.
  • In close collaboration with graphic designers (both in-house and outsourced), ensure strategic creative direction for all brand campaigns & assets, product launches and partnerships represent best-in-class content and storytelling and beautiful representation.
  • Develop art direction for marketing campaigns by establishing the visual tone, look and feel and direction of content and ensure consistent application across all creative assets including website design, email design, paid advertising and organic social media.
  • Lead and manage the creative process for advertising campaigns from concept development though to final delivery by creating advertising content angles, ideas, & campaign strategies for paid media and write compelling and conversion driven creative briefs to bring the content to life.
  • Quickly respond and adapt to creative feedback and requests with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Utilize tools such as Foreplay, Facebook Ads Library, and other social sites to find trends to take inspiration from.
  • Consistently is remaining current on media and advertising trends
  • Evaluate creative performance, using the data from our media buyers to scale winning creative as well as guide future creative tests
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a small team of Junior Graphic Designer and Social Content Coordinator
