Job Summary
Vita Inclinata is looking for a highly collaborative and adaptable Creative Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to work full-time out of our Denver, CO office (relocation not available). The ideal candidate is a team player who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, pivot quickly as priorities shift, and demonstrate a strong understanding of our brand across various platforms and products. Curiosity, flexibility, and an eagerness to contribute to a high-performing creative team are key.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and editing compelling visual content across digital and print formats, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and branded collateral. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager to ensure brand consistency, support cross-functional initiatives, and bring ideas to life through strong design fundamentals. Proficiency in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint/Word, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Education & Experience
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year; however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Design Creation & Editing: Develop and modify visual content for digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Social Media Content Support: Create eye-catching visual assets for social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring they are optimized for each platform and aligned with current trends.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Manager to create visuals that support various projects and campaigns.
- Microsoft Suite & General Presentation Skills: Strong proficiency in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, particularly for creating and formatting visually engaging presentation decks and marketing documents.
- Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets, ensuring easy access and proper version control.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
