Job Summary/Description
KCRG is seeking a skilled producer with writer/filmmaker/graphic designer experience to write, shoot, and edit commercials for advertising clients as well as station promotions. Candidate must be a skilled visual storyteller with skills in writing, cinematography, and Adobe Creative Suite editing programs, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects. This individual is a hands-on producer with interpersonal skills to communicate needs to on-camera individuals to achieve the best production results.

Duties/Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Work collaboratively with a diverse group of staff
- Usage of Adobe Creative Suite and its various programs
- Create ideas, write scripts, and coordinate commercial shoots with both sales staff and advertising clients
- Shoot and edit on multiple camera formats
- Maintain an ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and locations
- Present ideas and gain approval and satisfaction from clients
- Practice self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Time management skills and day-to-day project flexibility are required
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in film production/videography preferred
- Ability to communicate both internally with staff and externally with advertising clients
- Knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility when it comes to scheduling and, on occasion, working an evening, weekend, and/or holiday
- Availability to be present at commercial shoot locations and in person for editing
- Capable of providing a valid driver's license and the ability to drive company-owned vehicles
