About

The Design Producer is a highly organized, strategic partner who owns the operational side of

our design practice while championing creative excellence. Acting as a critical bridge between

creative vision and execution, this role ensures that design projects are clearly scoped,

properly resourced and delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with Creative

Directors, Project Managers and Account Leads to maintain the balance between inspiring

creative work and seamless operations.

What You Will Do...

Manage the Design Process

  • Oversee day - to - day workflow of the design team across multiple clients and projects
  • Ensure designers have clear briefs, design assets ( e.g . specs, file format, images, fonts )

realistic timelines and the tools they need to succeed

  • Collaborate with Project Management to flag bandwidth issues, reassign work and

resolve bottlenecks

  • Own the intake and scoping process for new design work, helping define what’s

needed from the start

  • Facilitate internal design reviews and working sessions, ensuring feedback is captured,

prioritized and actioned clearly

  • Ensure all design work is reviewed and approved by a Design or Creative Director

before being shared

Bridge Creative and Operations

  • Serve as translator between creative vision and operational needs
  • Manage daily design team resourcing, ensuring the right people are assigned to the

right projects at the right time

  • Run daily standups and design meetings
  • Maintain and optimize internal processes that support design work ( briefing, reviews ,

approvals , etc.)

  • Support the selection and coordination of freelance talent or external vendors when

needed

Champion the Design Team

  • Support onboarding, training and development of new design team members
  • F oster a culture of collaboration, accountability and creativity
  • Identify and elevate strong work within the team and encourage continuous

improvement

YOUR CREDENTIALS

  • 5+ years of experience in design or creative operations, ideally within an agency environment
  • Background in design or experience at a creative/design agency – you understand creative workflows, even if you’re not currently designing
  • Deep understanding of design workflows across digital, print, and branding
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; you thrive on clarity and structure
  • Strategic thinker and calm communicator, even under pressure or tight timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and act as a trusted partner to creatives and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
