Creative Leadership
- Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s brand and business objectives.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative projects across diverse platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Provide direction and feedback on design, copy, and production efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review and approve all creative materials before final delivery to clients or stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inspire and inform creative strategies.
- Utilize market research and analytics to guide creative decisions and optimize campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and innovative concepts.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- This position may require occasional travel for on-location shoots that could expand over weekends.
- Part of the job responsibilities for this position may require the Servant Leader to attend and assist at Company events throughout the year. The position may require travel to locations within the United States or Canada, assisting and working under the direction of the Events Department at the events, working extended hours immediately prior to, during and after the days of an event and interacting with Company clients and event invitees. The Servant Leader is expected to represent the Company in a favorable light before, during and after each event.
