Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, fearless, and relationship-oriented CPA Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is not just technically skilled, but also a confident communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter - someone who takes initiative, leads client interactions with clarity, and isn't afraid to ask questions or seek feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations (1120, 1120S), and partnerships (1065)
• Provide strategic tax planning and client advisory throughout the year
• Lead and manage ongoing client relationships with professionalism and accountability
• Interpret and apply changes in tax law; stay current on federal and state regulations
• Review financial statements and assist in structuring tax-efficient strategies
• Proactively communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with the team on business structuring and international compliance projects
• Assist in mentoring junior staff, reviewing work, and sharing knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a CPA firm or relevant tax/accounting setting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license (or actively working toward CPA certification)
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Intuit ProSeries, Drake, or similar)
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax code, compliance rules, and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized
