Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Corrugator Boiler Operator to support our production team by safely operating and maintaining our high-pressure steam boiler system. This role plays a critical part in corrugator uptime and plant efficiency. If you have a mechanical mindset and a strong understanding of boiler operations, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor industrial steam boilers used to power corrugator processes.
  • Perform daily system inspections and maintain accurate operation logs.
  • Ensure consistent steam pressure and water level maintenance.
  • Conduct routine blowdowns, water testing, and chemical treatment.
  • Troubleshoot boiler issues and report abnormalities immediately.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and support general plant operations.
  • Communicate with production staff to support manufacturing needs.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and wear proper PPE.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification (Required)

  • Valid Boiler Operator License (state-issued) preferred or ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating boilers in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Understanding of corrugated machinery and steam usage required.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in warm, noisy environments.
  • Basic computer skills for data logging and system monitoring.
