As a trusted ambassador of our brand, you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. In this role, you will provide elevated client experiences through various forms of communication including email, chat, social media, and call handling. Reporting to the Team Manager of Client Services, your focus will be on quality interactions that reflect a passion for Louis Vuitton with urgency and attention to detail.

Job responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver detailed and client-centric responses across a range of queries including product information, orders status, after-sales support, and more.
• Forge long-term client relationships by advising across all product categories and utilizing varied clienteling tools.
• Document every interaction meticulously using CRM software to track inquiry types and feedback.
• Act as an effective liaison between Client Services and Stores ensuring seamless communication.
• Drive personal and team objectives aligned with key performance metrics & sales goals
  
  

Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least three years experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably demonstrating strong selling skills.
• Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail free from grammatical errors.
• The ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently while providing exemplary customer service.
• A desire to build lasting client relationships backed by a genuine interest in luxury retail.
  
  

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments where quality delivery is paramount. As part of our team you are expected to be self-motivated with a proactive approach towards problem-solving. You demonstrate integrity while consistently upholding brand standards in behavior following company policies.

Availability during weekends, evenings, holidays is essential along with ability for onsite work at Legacy 1854 Campus.
