The Cincinnati Bengals are a franchise in the AFC North Division of the National Football League. The Bengals were founded in 1968 by Paul Brown, a legendary figure in the history of American football, and have made 3 Super Bowl appearances in their history.

Position Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Game Day Staff members assist with the fulfillment of corporate partner activations and suite holder benefits at each home game for the duration of the NFL season. A member of the Game Day Staff must be organized, persistent, timely, flexible, reliable and creative. They must possess excellent time management skills and leadership qualities that are used in the overall goal of promoting positive relationships with clients, guests, and fans.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Partnerships Activation staff, this position may be responsible for:

Partnerships

Gameday activation preparations

  • Will be asked to arrive 4-5 hours prior to kickoff (8-9am for a 1pm game) during the season to assist with game day preparations
  • Shift generally ends at the conclusion of the game
  • Set-up and teardown of Pregame at the Banks partner activations
  • Set-up and teardown of VIP hospitality spaces
  • Check-in and host VIPs in their pre-game sideline or hospitality experience
  • In-game activation execution
  • Handling patron complaints and addressing concerns in a timely and overtly friendly manner
  • No deviation from their designated game day location assignment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by managers

Suites

  • Gameday suite preparations including suite stocking
  • Will be asked to arrive 4-5 hours prior to kickoff (8-9am for a 1pm game) during the season to assist with game day preparations
  • Shift generally ends 60 minutes after the game ends (5pm for 1pm game)
  • Game day servicing in suites & adjacent hospitality spaces
  • Handling all patron complaints and addressing concerns in a timely and overtly friendly manner
  • No deviation from their designated game day location assignment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Managers

Qualifications & Skills Desired

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Independent with an ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Requirements For Position

  • Must be able to attend all Bengals home games and special events at Paycor Stadium, including preseason, regular season & post season NFL games – no exceptions. Staff will also need to be available for a predetermined number of Fridays prior to Sunday games to assist with gameday preparations. Failure to attend will result in immediate end to opportunity.
