Position Responsibilities
- Partner with an experienced HR Business Partner and department leaders on workforce needs, talent strategies and organizational changes.
- Collaborate on recruiting, internal transfers, job postings and interview processes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions, leveling and compensation alignment.
- Advise on HR policies, employee relations and terminations.
- Support key HR processes like annual compensation reviews and cross-functional HR coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), business or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Ability to build relationships within multiple layers of the organization and handle confidential information.
