We are seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve all foods according to the menu in a safe, sanitary manner while maintaining a clean and safe work area within the guidelines in accordance with facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and other regulatory expectations.

Cooks must have the following:

• Must be able to work in collaboration with the dietary team.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours including some weekends/Holidays.
  
  
  

The Cooks will:

• Preparation/serving of residents' daily meals and maintaining kitchen area.
• Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment
• Should be familiar with all Cook responsibilities including setting up the tray line, delivery of meal trays to all patient areas in a timely manner working in the dish room, etc.
• Should be able to maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
