Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC), located in Medford, is a 378-bed regional referral and level 2 trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise--all administered with a patient-focused philosophy. Our hospital team delivers nationally-recognized heart and vascular care, orthopedic services, and cancer care, as well as a comprehensive range of other key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, work health, diabetes care, hospice services, a primary stroke center, an accredited hospital-based sleep center, and the regions only neonatal intensive care unit.
Position Summary
The Chief Operations and Financial Officer of Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) is a key Vice President leadership role responsible for the operational and financial execution of various hospital functions. This role combines financial stewardship with operational leadership to ensure the health system meets its performance goals. This leader oversees decision support, supply chain, budgeting, and all ARRMC hospital operations. A primary focus of this position is to support labor management and regional throughput operations. This leader will also collaborate across departments, lead transformational initiatives, and ensures alignment with Asante's mission, vision, and values.
This position is based in a healthcare setting and may require occasional travel. It requires the ability to work in a standard office environment, including extended office hours during peak periods.

Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
- CPA; preferred
- 10 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance and/or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Experience in healthcare leadership with a proven track record in financial planning, team leadership and performance improvement.
- Skilled in strategic collaboration, clinical partnerships, and managing diverse teams across all work environments, with strong proficiency in financial systems and business tools.
