Advantia Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contracts & Operations Coordinator to support our growing network of women's health practices. This role provides essential support for payer contracts, physician agreements, and day-to-day administrative operations. It's an ideal position for someone looking to grow in healthcare administration and gain broad exposure across finance, operations, and contracting. This is a hybrid position based out of Arlington, Virginia.

- Assist in maintaining a database of payer contracts and fee schedules
- Support the team in preparing documents for rate reviews and contract renewals
- Coordinate with billing and RCM teams to flag payer issues or changes in reimbursement
- Coordinate with credentialing team around credentialing timelines and recredentialing dates
- Maintain provider agreement records, including start/end dates, compensation terms, and amendments
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating execution of agreements and credentialing documentation
- Prepare contract summaries and assist with drafting or editing standard templates
- Ensure internal contract files are updated and organized
- Serve as a point of contact for office supply orders, vendor issues, and basic facilities coordination
- Support the Executive Team with scheduling meetings, maintain tracking sheets, and support documentation for internal initiatives
- Assist with reporting and preparation of materials related to office or provider performance
- Provide general support for operational projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (healthcare admin, business, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, contracting, or operations
- Familiarity with payer processes, physician contracts, or provider credentialing is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
