As the Creative Director at Inno Supps, you will work conjointly with our Content Director and play a crucial role in turning the mundane into a visual masterpiece by leading with imagination, inspirational INNO-vation, and crafting visually stunning experiences that leave an indelible impression.
Job Responsibilities
We are Inno Supps. A DTC e-commerce, supplement company that thrives off of Innovation and constant improvement to redefine excellence. We have new and evolving brands frequently developing for creative versatility. We seek out gaps in our processes and workflows to ABO (Always Be Optimizing). We LOVE different perspectives that can adapt to the ever-changing marketplace and audiences while maintaining consistency in our branding and marketing initiatives. We are a Company crafted by the perfect blend of the imaginative and the analytical. We thrive off collaboration and professional development and strongly believe our colleagues and peers can individually contribute to each other and the collective.
We have a beautiful office space with a massive greenscreen room for production. Our production and post-production equipment is top-of-the-line. We have quarterly team outings when our workload allows and a wellness program for periodic, on-site neck and shoulder massages. We offer medical, dental, and vision where 50% of employee premiums are paid by the Company and you get free product while onsite and 50% off product for purchasing.

Job Responsibilities
- Setting creative direction for projects, campaigns, and brand identity through Visionary Leadership.
- Set the tone for Strategic Innovation through cross-functional team collaboration to create concepts that drive engagement and impact.
- Serve as the Master Storyteller to articulate the narrative behind the brand to captivate, entertain, and convert.
- Serve as the Content Trendsetter, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies for fresh, cutting-edge ideas.
- You are Creative Genius where your portfolio showcases your ability to blend originality with strategic thinking while keeping on brand.
- You are a Leadership Prowess that has brand awareness strategies.
- You are knowledgeable of different Social Media channels and software pertinent to your role.
- You have high expectations of what is considered creative and of technical quality.
