What You Need To Know About The Job
The Business Planning Consultant will work closely with the Senior Director, Sales Operations and the Director of Market Development within the Sales Operations department. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The Business Planning Consultant will collaborate primarily with internal stakeholders and on occasion collaborate with external stakeholders that align with business objectives.
The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home.

Responsibilities
∙ Work with Sales Operations on day to day responsibilities
∙ Support National Accounts within the Sales Department through data analysis and report recommendations to support strategic decision-making
∙ Serve as a subject matter expert and project leader for specific projects
∙ Collaborate with sales and other business units to meet organizational needs
∙ Market research as assigned
∙ Emerging market projects as assigned
Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
What You Need To Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field required or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience required.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross locations.
Skills & Competencies
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∙ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∙ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
∙ Sales acumen a plus.
∙ Superior excel skills coupled with data analysis.
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role.
Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
