Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Close residential roofing, siding, gutter, window, and painting projects
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and restoration cycle
• Attend inspections, adjuster meetings, and coordinate with crews to ensure job completion
• Input all activities into CRM tools like AccuLynx, CompanyCam, and SalesRabbit for tracking and accountability
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the 1HundredX brand with excellence
• Handle both insurance claim processes and retail quoting across multiple trades
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years in roofing or home improvement sales
• Proven experience handling storm restoration and retail jobs
• Skilled in canvassing, relationship-building, and follow-up
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy: familiar with CRM and job-tracking platforms (AccuLynx, Spotio, CompanyCam)
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays during peak season
• Able to climb roofs and inspect properties safely
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable personal transportation or willingness to use a company vehicle
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Reports directly to Sales Manager and General Manager
• Performance tracked by contracts signed, close rate, CRM compliance, and customer satisfaction

Schedule

• Full-Time
