Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for Pre-Engineered Steel Building projects nationwide.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage allocation of resources including crews, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for jobsite issues, available 24/7 for resolution.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to field teams, encouraging professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of operations or field management experience in construction, with significant experience in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings.
- Proven track record of managing crews and delivering profitable projects.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to project challenges.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
- Must be willing to travel and manage projects nationwide.
