Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site prep and post-project clean-up
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Support carpenters, foremen, and tradesmen with daily tasks
• Follow project instructions from supervisors and managers
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the job site
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, digging, and carrying
• Adapt to changing job duties as projects evolve
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or laborer experience preferred, but not required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver's license
