Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site prep and post-project clean-up
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Support carpenters, foremen, and tradesmen with daily tasks
- Follow project instructions from supervisors and managers
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the job site
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, digging, and carrying
- Adapt to changing job duties as projects evolve
- 1+ year of construction or laborer experience preferred, but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver's license
