Brick Restoration Inc. is seeking Construction Laborers to join our Field Operations team and train to become Mason Restorers. You'll work outdoors on a variety of residential and commercial masonry projects, learning a specialized trade while contributing to high-quality restoration work across the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with masonry restoration tasks including brick installations, veneer repairs, columns, fences, and more
• Support your crew with equipment handling, prep work, and clean-up on each job
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow company safety protocols
• Lift and carry 60+ lbs. consistently
• Work on roofs, ladders, and scaffolds up to two stories
• Drive a company truck and trailer to and from job sites as needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Represent the company professionally in appearance and conduct
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or general labor
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive a small trailer
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 60+ lbs. and work at heights
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
