Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site residential construction and repair projects
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools
• Support tasks including demolition, cleanup, installation prep, and finishing work
• Follow directions from team leads and trades professionals
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Interact respectfully and professionally with customers
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or general labor preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to take initiative
• Must be able to work without being distracted by mobile devices
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocol
