The Compliance Specialist I is part of the Compliance Team and is responsible for providing support to the internal Account Management & Recruitment Team by facilitating the compliance process. The Compliance Specialist audits and uploads/provides documents to the client that are required for the clinician to start their assignment. Communicates with vendor to ensure completion of compliance requirements within the allotted timeframe.

For this role, the estimated annual compensation is between $24.50 - $26.50 USD per hour, with the final compensation amount determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, role requirements, and location. Where applicable, the variable incentive component has a target amount, though the final payout is linked to both individual and company performance.

The Compliance Specialist I is part of the Compliance Team and is responsible for providing support to the internal Account Management & Recruitment Team by facilitating the compliance process. The Compliance Specialist audits and uploads/provides documents to the client that are required for the clinician to start their assignment. Communicates with vendor to ensure completion of compliance requirements within the allotted timeframe.
Essential Functions
- Generate, audit, and monitor contractor employee compliance files.
- Collect and review all compliance documentation for accuracy, per internal standards and MSP standards, including, but not limited to, licenses, certifications, and medical documents. These documents have also been reviewed by PSG to ensure this accuracy.
- Setting up medical authorizations with facilities in and out of network
- Communicating with various organizations to verify and correct medical documents and certifications to meet facility and internal requirements.
- Adding and updating Salesforce with various supplier information to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Create, maintain and update clients' compliance checklist in Salesforce.
- Build relationships with MSP or hospital contacts who are handling compliance that is turned in.
- Working hand in hand with the MSP to get the clinician started on time.
- Creating and updating Docusign Packets and PowerForms.
- Ensure that FlexCare’s Internal guidelines and standards are met.
- Upload various types of compliance documents into technology tools.
- Handle confidential information in compliance with company policy.
- Communicate and partner with internal Recruitment to ensure that documents are being turned in on time on a weekly/daily basis.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook as well as web-based databases.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients consisting of MSP and direct facility contacts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working with a large group and taking direction from multiple contacts.
- Monitor a process and relay discrepancies to individuals and groups alike.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Manage and efficiently prioritize tasks from multiple sources.
- Adapt to new or changing processes quickly and efficiently.
- Strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and job requirements.
- 6+ months of experience in a Sales, or administrative support role required.
- Experience with high volume work with weekly deadlines.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
- Compliance, Credentialing, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
