A well-established and respected property management firm in Tustin, CA, is seeking a reliable and organized Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowners associations (HOAs). In this high-touch, relationship-driven role, you’ll serve as the main liaison between HOA boards and homeowners, manage daily operations, coordinate meetings, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Community Manager Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 75–400-resident HOA communities
- Serve as the main point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with board members
- Attend and facilitate HOA meetings
- Respond promptly to homeowner and board inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct regular on-site property visits and inspections
- Ensure all community documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records and manage all correspondence
- Use internal systems to track and complete work
- 2–4+ years of professional customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Willingness to attend evening meetings and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation for community visits
- Proven track record of reliability, responsibility, and long tenure in prior roles
- Prior property management or HOA experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism is a plus
