Job Summary:
The Communications Associate will support the organization's communication strategies and initiatives by creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and engaging with stakeholders. This role requires strong writing, organizational, and creative skills to effectively convey the organization's message and brand.




Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the organization's website with fresh content, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with branding.

Campaign Support: Collaborate on the planning and execution of communication campaigns, including email marketing and event promotions.


Internal Communication: Support internal communication efforts, ensuring alignment with external messaging.


Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on communication activities' effectiveness using analytics tools to improve engagement strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing software.


• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
