- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
- Reliable transportation and access to communication tools.
- Uncapped earning potential with 30-40% commission on each sale.
