We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with a background in construction, commercial real estate, or building product sales. This role requires a high-performing professional who can drive new business, build strategic relationships, and communicate the value of Northstar’s engineered solutions to architects, developers, owners’ reps, general contractors, and government stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who understands construction sales cycles, has experience working on mid- to large-scale projects, is very familiar with commercial bidding processes, and is ready to be part of a company with breakthrough technology.
Location: Bonita Springs, FL (with travel as needed)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
