Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Work directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and scope documentation.
- Monitor job sites for safety, schedule adherence, and quality.
- Report regularly to stakeholders with status updates and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- 7+ years in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-million dollar projects.
- Knowledge of commercial pool and aquatic facility construction a major plus.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
