Stifter Mechanical LLC is a locally owned and operated Commercial HVAC service company serving Denver-area hospitals, office buildings, warehouses, and other commercial clients. We specialize in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of systems - from rooftop units and chillers to hydronic systems and building automation. We focus heavily on healthcare facilities, and our technicians are trusted to deliver precision and professionalism every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various equipment types
• Work with rooftop units, air handlers, VAVs, fan coils, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hydronic systems, pumps, exhaust fans, and more
• Operate efficiently and independently in the field, including work in healthcare settings
• Accurately document service calls and maintenance records using CRM software
• Provide exceptional service and communicate clearly with clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and consistency
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC system operations and principles
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work in hospital environments
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
