Our Lawn Technicians specialize in numerous facets of lawn care including fertilization, weed and pest control, aeration and seeding. We make it a point to treat our customers’ properties like our own and ensure that the end results not only meet but exceeds their expectations.

The Commercial Administrator supports the commercial and financial activities of the business by managing contracts, maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement and invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role acts as a key liaison between the commercial team and other departments.

These essential duties include, but are NOT limited to

  • Entering Commercial Sales- renewals and new sales
  • Managing Commercial accounts-notes, documents, billing questions
  • Sending invoices each day
  • Sending Group Billing statements
  • Create and optimize daily production routes by collaborating with Operations
  • Attend operation department conference calls and meetings when necessary.
  • Manage, plan and implement changes as necessary to promote efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
  • Perform other duties that are assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Prefer some experience with Routing/Scheduling
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, possess good communications and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner/multitasker
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Willingness to travel for initial and periodical training
