The Closing Manager directs the closing functions of multiple regions to close loans, streamline processing and approval timeframes and improve customer communication. Manage the day to day functions of the Closers to ensure advance delivery of loan closing packages to closing agents and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve customer service and work processes. Assist in design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels. Interact with Operations and Production teams to ensure Operations, Production and Secondary Marketing, Closing & Post Closing work as a team for the best interest of the company. Monitor and control administrative matters.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience. At least three (3) years of related closing experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two (2) of management experience.
