Seeking bilingual (Spanish) mental health clinician with a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or registration (ACSW, APCC, AMFT).
- Provides culturally competent, strength-based therapeutic services to at-risk youth and families in various settings.
- Must have 1+ year experience working with adolescents involved in child welfare or juvenile justice.
- Responsible for intake, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, referrals, and crisis intervention, ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal standards.
- Works collaboratively with internal teams and community partners, attends supervision, and participates in agency initiatives.
- Starting salary ranges from $68,640 to $74,000 DOE, with bonuses for hiring and Spanish speaking skills.
- Employment is at-will, emphasizing flexibility, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
