The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

• Professional Clinical Care to Patients and Clinical Staff: Emergency and Crisis Care. Respond to all Codes, Emergency Calls - as assigned: Attend to all Deaths. Attending Critical and Trauma Calls in ED, ICU, etc
• Spiritual Integration: Pre and Post Surgical Care. Palliative Care.
• Team Member Support: Personal and Team Support.
• Building supportive relationships with individual team members: Bioethics Consultations. Clinical Team Crisis Intervention
• Clinical Chaplain Associates are expected to spend 90% of their work time (36 hours/week) in provision of direct patient care and team member support; 10% of their work time will be spent on administrative responsibilities and preparation for ministry.
