Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for a 2 year agreement! Must have at least 1 Year of experience as an LPN in a similar setting.
We are looking for an LPN that thrives in the clinic setting and loves to work with Mental Health patients. We need an LPN that is able to do phlebotomy!
Being a liaison between the patient and the provider is a HUGE part of this role!
FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities
- You will provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Washington State Practical Nurse Act
- You will commit to professional development as an integral part of nursing practice
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty
- Current BLS required
