Position Overview:

Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives on solving problems and delivering value? MedPro Disposal is hiring a Client Manager to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. In this fully onsite role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of healthcare clients—driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery of compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering proactive communication and white-glove service.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs and compliance goals.
  • Problem Resolution: Address service issues promptly and professionally, balancing client satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Retention Strategy: Monitor account health, flag churn risks, and implement retention tactics to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Solution Delivery: Use client data and insights to recommend tailored compliance solutions that drive operational value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, billing, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on healthcare compliance trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings to better advise clients


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of success in Client management, Account management, or B2B sales. Healthcare industry experience is a major plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Organized & Results-Driven: Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-Centric: A passion for helping clients succeed and forming long-lasting, value-driven relationships.
  • Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker who can assess data, identify challenges, and develop effective client solutions.
