About The Role

Assigns cases to outside counsel and evaluates their performance. Responsible for maintaining control of files and litigation costs. Develops, prepares, and implements claims litigation strategy. Provides legal advice and counsel to claim personnel. May attend pertinent trials but is not attorney of record. May provide oversight and supervision to outside counsel on claims-related litigation.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training. Must have passed the Bar exam.

Base Pay Range

$108,800-$149,600

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
