Responsibilities

4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer on our Land Development team. Responsibilities for this position would include designing a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks. Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of Land Development projects and overall project management. In addition to managing projects, this role may include the management and mentoring of Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff.

This position will include both office and fieldwork. Field work will be at project sites and are typically within a 50-mile radius of Visalia, but may occasionally require out of town travel or extended stays.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure experience in civil engineering and project management.
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in preparation of plans, engineering design for various engineering projects, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using AutoCAD (version 2019 or higher, Civil 3D preferred) is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required.


Compensation

Salary will be determined by candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. Benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary.
