What You'll Do
- Design civil infrastructure for land development, public works, and private sector clients
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team
- Navigate evolving city codes, environmental standards, and client goals
- Deliver thoughtful, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions
- See your work come to life across the Western U.S.
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license is a plus
- Experience with land development, municipal infrastructure, or both
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A desire to grow with a company that values people as much as performance
