Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in insurance; experience in publicly traded environments preferred.
  • Solid background in software development, data structures, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, drive transformation, and communicate effectively with executive and board-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, SOX), cybersecurity, and data governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


Your responsibilities as Chief Technology Officer will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking, regulatory-compliant technology roadmap that supports digital transformation and innovation.
  • Oversee the upgrade and integration of key insurance platforms, including AMS, policy administration, billing, and claims systems.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain alignment with industry regulations (e.g., NAIC, SOX, HIPAA) and oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management efforts.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals, communicate strategy to leadership, and manage external vendor relationships and budgets effectively.
