- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
- Experience working in a non-profit or public health organization is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve procurement goals.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
