Bachelor s degree. A minimum of four years of professional experience in the management of a conservation or revenue-producing enterprise, to include supervisory experience is required.

Chief, PROS Division 3: Lead Miami-Dade County Parks' Beach Operations, Natural Areas Management, Sea Turtle Conservation Program, and Volunteer Unit, ensuring alignment with departmental goals for environmental stewardship, public safety, and community engagement. This role will provide strategic direction, manage cross-functional teams, oversee budget development and business planning, and build partnerships to enhance conservation efforts, volunteer participation, and operational efficiency. The Chief will also ensure regulatory compliance, guide public education initiatives, and use data-driven reporting to support decision-making and long-term program success.
