You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth through M&A, international expansion, and other strategic initiatives, gaining exposure to all aspects of running a global powerhouse.
As Chief of Staff - Business Strategy, you'll be immersed in everything from evaluating and integrating M&A targets to optimizing fulfillment and warehouse operations, building HR organizations, and developing high-level budget and board presentations. Key Responsibilities
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, allowing sports fans to Buy, Collect, and Bet. Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and business models to support strategic planning.
- Manage executive communications, including drafting reports, presentations, and key messages.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support business decisions and executive initiatives.
- Oversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with various departments and serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support project execution by tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a related strategic role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
