The Chief of Staff serves as a key advisor to the CEO, responsible for translating organizational vision into actionable priorities and fostering seamless alignment across all functions and divisions. Ensuring operational clarity and accountability, enhancing strategic execution, and improve cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include:
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for all organizational divisions.
- Facilitate executive-level decision-making by providing strategic insights, conducting analysis, and offering recommendations on organizational priorities.
- Monitor organizational performance, identify areas of inefficiency or misalignment, and develop improvement strategies in collaboration with executive leaders.
- Track progress of strategic projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables across teams.
- Minimum of 7-10 years or progressive leadership experience in healthcare, business or nonprofit setting, with exposure to executive decision-making and board processes.
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, public health, or related field required. (Master's preferred). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
