We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for our Odessa, TX location.
What We Offer
- Quarterly safety bonuses
- Consistent weekly schedules
- Opportunities to interact with customers, warehouse teams and operational leadership to support and drive local business objectives and company goals
- Comprehensive benefits and insurance as a full-time associate
- Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials
- Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations
- Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
