Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Caregiver at PNW Aging Specialty Services, LLC. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily personal care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and companionship. Additional tasks may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to social outings, medical appointments, and more. The role requires adherence to care plans, communication with family members, and documentation of services provided.

- Paid Sick Leave - Up to 100hrs per year
- PTO (can access and use after 90days of employment). Accrue up to 40hrs in the first year, up to 80 in second year. Ability to rollover hours to the following year!
- Flexible Schedules - Pick the hours you want to work! Minimum 20hrs required per week.
- HIRE ON BONUS: $100 once hired, and $200 at 90 days
- First Aid/CPR Certification: Renewal reimbursement every 2 years
- Food Handlers Certification: Renewal reimbursement every 2 years
- CNA/HCA/NAR Certification: Renewal reimbursement
- Paid Quarterly Meetings and Trainings, along with FREE Continuing Education (CE's) Classes throughout the year: Helping to maintain the 12 CEs required for annual licensure renewal.

Qualifications:
- Required certifications such as CNA or HCA, CORE & Diabetes Delegation Certification, Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain within allotted time allowed by Washington State Law. (PNW Aging can offer resources for obtaining certifications).
- Ability to pass Background Check, including finger printing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in providing personal care and assistance with ADL's & IADL's
- Experience in light housekeeping and meal preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent
