Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle for salaried associate roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to professional and managerial-level positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, industry-specific platforms, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Applicant Stack.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage the contract process for selected candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new salaried associates integrate successfully into the organization.
- Support workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential candidates through networking and direct outreach.
- Proven track record in recruiting salaried-level associates or professional staff.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure top talent.
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-level candidates.
- Familiarity with labor and employment laws related to salaried positions.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to research and apply recruiting trends to improve results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred: Prior management or leadership hiring experience.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the janitorial or facilities services industry.
